In this comprehensive kumihimo class, you will learn the basic braiding technique using a hand-held foam disk. You will also learn the method of terminating the braid and making the connective links to the pendant including the use of bead caps, wire, beads, etc.

This project is a complete necklace that also includes how to wrap a Karen Nan’s glass Heart or Cabochon pendant. You will learn how to work with wire and various wire wrapping tools in making the pendant. If you don’t want to wire wrap I’ll have some wire wrapped hearts & cabochons for you to select from to complete your necklace.
