In this class you will learn how to
make your own cabochon, using a picture of your choice that
will be bezeled as the focal of your piece. This is a great
opportunity to highlight your loved ones, your favorite pet,
a vacation spot, or any other image you would like to use.
Included with the class are
instructions to make a full version of my Giulietta necklace
using the focal you make in class.
About Giulietta-Named after one of my
dear friends, “Giulietta” was inspired by one of her
favorite vintage necklaces that she wears on occasion when
we go out. The necklace is a nod to the sautoir long pearl
necklaces with tassels that were worn in the early 1900s.
Typically the jewelry of this time period would incorporate
Eastern motifs and gemstones, such as jade, pearls, or
engraved onyx with diamonds.
