This scissor keeper is a delightful fabrication of silks and bead embroidery. Hand stitched using fine jaquard lining and pure silk fabric, it is then embellished with a delicious selection of crystals and seed beads.Designed to fit a standard 9.5cm (3¾inch) pair of Stork embroidery scissors or similar, the finished keeper measures7.5x11.5cm (3x4½inches). In class students will learn how to construct the Keeper using simple sewing techniques, then how to add the bead embroidery and assemble the Keeper with beaded edgings.
